American born South Korean breed  Emcee/ Singer Songwriter Tasha (Yoonmirae) was one of many artist I was first introduced to in my beginning journeys of the K-Music world.  After watching her and hearing Black Happiness 검은 행복 for the first time I was instantly hooked. Everything about this particular medium was powerful.  It resonated with me in a way that no other song ever has.  And I don’t even know the language.

My attached in my first encounter was souly off feeling and visuals.  Back then, you have to actually search for translated lyrics. After reading those,  I got a general of what I already was able to put together.  Self love is key. Especially in these times, it speaks more loudly then before. That’s a story for another times.  I shared this to say, I walked into this new mv ecstatic.  The Feel Ghood Music Camp never fails to delivery.  So let’s get into it.

First off Ann One and Tasha are a killer combo.  They mesh so well together. I love how there voices offset each other. They able to blend  Korean and English lyrics so smoothly. I like how I am able to follow along as a non Korean speaker without the use of subtitles

As for the production; phenomenal. I loved the laid back vibe.  I’m not a big fan of synths but they enhanced this track so well.   Vocal effects are always fun.  The vocal layer was pretty solid as well.

This music video is beautiful.  The slow motions elements were a nice touch. As if to say, let’s live in this moment. The colors, the clothing and the dancer. Watching Lady T just address the camera like she was on stage performing was fun as well.  She really never disappoints.
Also shoutout to Far East Movement for there role in this project.
