Anime NYC 2019: Yoshiyuki Tomino

Yoshiyuki Tomino is a storyboard artist, a director that has worked in the animation industry for more than forty years.  Born in Odawara, Japan, he began his career after graduating from the Nihon University College of Art. 

Known for his work on Astro Boy, Mobile Suit Gundam, Triton of the Sea, and his current position as the President of the Anime Tourism Association.  In honor of Gundan’s 40th Anniversary,  he will be joining the festivities. 

Yoshiyuki Tomino will participate in panels, signings, and other events throughout the weekend.
